Terms and conditions
Pupils, students, trainees, volunteers in the voluntary social/ecological year, full-time orchestral musicians, the unemployed, welfare recipients, severely disabled persons with a disability of 80 percent or more, receive reduced-price tickets with valid ID. Severely handicapped persons ("B" sign on the severely handicapped ID) also receive a free ticket for accompanying persons. School groups receive an additional free ticket for every ten students.
Education-Family Card
Parents and grandparents (max. 2 adults) with all their own children/grandchildren pay 25 euros per family concert and 20 euros per seat concert.
Last Minute Tickets
Schoolchildren, students and trainees receive the best available seat for 6 euros for Philharmonic concerts, special concerts, chamber concerts and island concerts in Constance at the evening box office 1 hour before the concert begins. Simply bring the appropriate ID and present it at the box office.
Ticket reservations
Reserved tickets must be collected from the advance booking office within one week, otherwise they will go back on sale. In individual cases it is possible to receive tickets against invoice. Please contact the Südwestdeutsche Philharmonie, telephone: 07531 900-2816.
Ticket redemption
Up to one day before the concert, exclusively in person at the respective advance booking office during box office opening hours. The ticket value will be refunded in the form of a voucher or an equivalent ticket for another event. Tickets purchased online are excluded from exchange.

1. scope of application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to the subscription to a newsletter of SWP. SWP offers the interested party the opportunity to register for the newsletter on its website using a form provided there.
1.2 The interested party accepts the GTC by submitting the registration.
1.3 Notifications to SWP shall be sent to the following e-mail address: philharmonie@konstanz.de.
2 Consent, activation of the newsletter
2.1 All persons who are at least 15 years old at the time of their registration are entitled to consent to the newsletter registration.
2.2 The registration process for SWP newsletters is carried out via the so-called double opt-in procedure: After submitting the corresponding registration form, an automated e-mail is sent to the specified recipient address. In this e-mail, the recipient is asked to confirm his or her newsletter subscription by clicking on a link. Only with this confirmation will the entry in the distribution list be activated and the recipient will receive the desired newsletter in the future.
2.3 By subscribing to the newsletter and clicking on the confirmation link, the subscriber gives his/her express consent for the regular sending of the subscribed newsletter.
2.4 The subscriber can revoke this consent at any time by e-mail (to philharmonie@konstanz.de).
3. data protection, right of revocation
Unless the subscriber gives additional consent to the further processing and use of his or her information provided in the course of using the newsletter, including his or her personal data, this information will be stored, processed and used electronically in machine-readable form at SWP exclusively for the purpose of sending the newsletter. SWP will store the data only for as long as is necessary and permitted by law.
4 Liability
SWP is not liable for incorrect information caused and disseminated by subscribers and/or third parties, including cooperation partners, which are related to the sending of information via the newsletter. In particular, SWP shall not be liable if e-mails or data entries (e.g. in online subscriber forms of the Newsletter) do not comply with the technical requirements set forth in these GTC or the technical requirements set for the website and are consequently not accepted and/or accepted by the system.
5. final provisions
5.1 Any deviations from these GTC must be made in writing in order to be effective. The same applies to the waiver of the written form requirement.
5.2 If individual provisions of these GTC are or become invalid and/or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining GTC shall remain unaffected.
5.3 The place of performance and jurisdiction for legal entities and merchants shall be Constance, insofar as an agreement on this is legally permissible.
The Südwestdeutsche Philharmonie Konstanz is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body.
