For the first time, a Christmas concert by the Lake Constance Philharmonic Orchestra will be recorded by SWR - a special event in the festive setting of Constance Cathedral. The program includes works by Antonio Vivaldi, Georg Friedrich Händel and Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, complemented by traditional Christmas carols to sing along to. The celebrated French soprano Cassandre Berthon and the internationally renowned baritone Ludovic Tézier will perform as soloists. The cathedral's children's and youth choir will also be taking part - for an atmospheric concert that combines Christmas anticipation and musical excellence.
