Two of Mozart’s most beautiful piano concertos are paired with two overtures to the singspiels *Der Schauspieldirektor* and *Die Entführung aus dem Serail*. The soprano Caterina Cavalieri was the star of both works—she was Mozart’s first “Konstanze” and, four years later in *Der Schauspieldirektor*, engaged in a veritable musical contest with her rival Aloisia Lange right on stage.

Marie-Ange Nguci, a true child prodigy of our time, is coming to Konstanz for the first time. At age 18, she was the youngest doctoral candidate at New York University and speaks seven languages fluently.
